Saturday seems like a good day to think about habits we would very much like to eliminate. Getting out of bad habits is a difficult process and can not be accomplished overnight.
The first part of the process is to identify harmful habits. So, today’s daily journal prompt asked you to list your worst, or “baddest” habits.
It’s a tough assignment so stick with a maximum of three habits that you would like to address.
Research conducted by UCL in 2009 revealed that it can take 66 days to change a habit.
